EED for short, is the biggest annual conference and Expo for engineering ecosystem in Egypt. EED is organized by IEEE YP Egypt on yearly basis since 2002, including Graduation Projects Expo, Special interests forums highlighting new market trends and business opportunities with focus on the exquisite each interest might need, Orientation on how to start-up your business and entrepreneurship, management, and soft skills workshops given by training professionals.
MIE for short, was founded in 2005 aiming at establishing an link between university and industry and giving Industry chance to interact in the graduation project life cycle. MIE Program takes the form of a 1 year competition among graduation projects of engineering students. A group of professors and industrial mentors participates with the teams in design and implementation of real industrial cases selected by industrial and academic experts as graduation projects.
FC for short, is a national, project-based learning experience where students in 6th, 7th and 8th grades imagine, design and build cities for the future. Students work as a team with an educator and engineer mentor to plan cities using SimCity Game; research and write solutions to an engineering problem; build tabletop scale models for their "Future City" with recycled materials; and present their ideas in front of judges who select the top teams for regional competitions.
